Can you work on all vehicle makes and models?
Yes. I am able to service many different makes and models, from domestic to imported vehicles.
What areas in Alaska do you serve?
I cover Anchorage, Eagle River, Girdwood, Portage, Wasilla, and Palmer. If you are in a surrounding community, I’m happy to help. Please reach out
How quickly can you respond to a service request?
Response times depend on location and demand, but I aim to arrive within a few hours to one business day for a diagnosis.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can typically be scheduled by phone, or text. Once you fill out the contact form, I will reach out to you to schedule. For faster service, or if you’d rather reach out, call or text.
What should I do if my car breaks down outside normal business hours?
Get somewhere safe, out of roadways or construction sites first. I currently do not offer any towing services, but I do offer roadside assistance/after- hours repairs for an additional fee. However, for current customers experiencing issues related to repairs I performed, you are always welcome to text or leave a voicemail. That helps me understand whether or not the situation is emergent and requires immediate assistance. This is part of my commitment to your satisfaction & safety.
What is the Diagnostic Fee?
I charge a flat $75 to come to your location and find the problem. If you have me do the work, that $75 comes right off your final repair bill.
What payment methods do you accept?

How much does a mobile mechanic service typically cost?
Costs vary based on the type of repair, parts needed, and travel distance. Always aiming to keep your costs as low as I can.
Do you provide upfront quotes or estimates before starting work?
Yes. Before any work starts, you will revive an invoice via Square. The invoice details exactly what work is needed and a breakdown of the cost. No hidden fees or extras.
Are there any additional fees for travel outside of the service area?
Possibly. If you are outside of the service area, please specify where in your service request. I’m happy to work with you.
What is a pre-purchase vehicle inspection?
It is an inspection to help you, the buyer, assess a vehicle’s condition before purchase. This inspection helps identify the car’s current condition, uncover any existing or potential mechanical, safety, or cosmetic issues, and assess its overall value. After, I provide you a comprehensive report of any issues, concerns, or potential problems with the vehicle.
