How does it work?
Call Out
First, head over to the "Service Inquiry" page, and fill out the form. This will help me collect basic information about your vehicle, such as vehicle specific information for parts, oils, and tools needed to diagnose and repair your vehicle.
Scheduling
After submitting your contact form or texting, I will reach out to you for scheduling the diagnosis. Please allow up to 48 hours for response. Once scheduled on site, there is a $75 diagnostic fee due upon arrival. This fee is taken off your total repair bill if you decide to do a repair with me.
Diagnosis
At the scheduled time I will perform a complete diagnosis, and discuss what is next for your vehicle. After the diagnosis I will send you your first invoice via Square. Services are split into 2 payments. The first payment is due upfront, before any work is done. It is for parts and fluids your vehicle needs for the repair to be done, such as brake pads or oil. The second payment is due after the repair. It is for labor time and any additional parts and/or fluids needed for the repair to be completed.
Repair
At our scheduled time, I will arrive, do the repair, and send the second to you after the job is completed. Some repairs can be done same day; but some repairs may require more time or parts to be shipped. I will discuss labor times before the job is started.
